How do you post on locked threads?

You need to be a mod or something? To be honest, it's a big turn off to me as forum member...and
probably more so to lurkers...why is this BS still going on?

Yes, only a mod/admin can post to a locked thread. This shouldn't have happened once the thread was locked.
