Finished the chop/cut/rebuild on the tail skid assembly. I made the rods from styrene rather than brass so that I could drill and pin them to the kit's handles. I felt a brass to plastic glue up would've been weak.

I try to clean up a spot for a pic. But, I had to buy a new mini torch and when something like that happens it usually snowballs into a general reorganizing and cleanup...haha.
The room IS looking pretty good this morning, though. It's a small 10×12 ish spare bedroom I share with my wife's work table.

I lost the mufflers tail pipe somehow. Sprue tree to the rescue. It happened to be the same diameter and have the right curve. I

t was just a matter of drilling it out and inserting in place.
