I was a little shocked myself.Oh wow, huge!!!!!!!!!
Just do itI have both the Das Werk Pzkfw III J and Sturmgeshutz III in 1/16th. They are quite nice. You are going to make me build a 1/16th kit once I finish my 410 aren't you.
Had to tweak some parts to fit, but overall everything went together well.Very clean build, not a hint of troubles. Had to sand and tweak some parts, but overall
Thanks for the pics! I decided to keep the blackout cover on the center one and leave the ditch lights uncovered.A couple of Pzkpfw I's with the covered light. One bogged down during a pre-war exercise.

Another after the Oct 1939 change from the all white or yellow cross to the Luftwaffe style cross. Some units ommitted the central black bars. It also has the Notek light so it could be an upgraded or later series Ausf A.

I've got the 1/16 Das Werk Panzer III up next. A completely different animal. That went together fairly quickly Tim!
I have to admit, you tweaked me to start one of my 1/16th Das Werk kits. I am working on the Pak 40 kit as a starter. It will then be follower either with the 234 or the 251/1
I have that kit and I like the looks of it. The Das Werk SdKfz 251 Hanomag half-tracks put it to shame as they have "everything". Thus am starting with the Pak 40 to go with the 251 and getting a feel for the Das Werk plastic, instructions and build order.I've got the 1/16 Das Werk Panzer III up next. A completely different animal.
