Bob, the only manuals one can find on the web (if you know where to look) are those that have been declassified. I can find other stuff but that entails signing in. All IP and MAC addresses are logged in the sites where ETMs (Electronic Technical Manuals) are offered.
TMs and FMs published by the US Government belong to the US citizens and, when declassified, are obtainable free of copyright. I posted these images under those auspices. Note that the file name lets you know the manual and figure number of the illustrations you see.
