I got enough parts to do that one! 
I'll post this here, there's figures for both Lulubelle and the Carolina Lee.
I don't know why I have such a problem with consistency painting faces. There's a couple in here that i have no problem with, couple just look weird. I hope my African sergeant major Tambul doesn't look too ...black face?
The civilian on the far left really is just sculpted funny. His hands are huge.

I think it comes down to the detail in the sculpting. I have found that with Tamiya v Dragon etc. Especially with faces and clothing detail - it needs to be 3D but not to much.
Looks like @mike walsh did a drive by on the website.
