Hey James,

I watch this topic a lot but rarely post. My curiosity has got the best of me! How large is your kit collection? It must be really big!

I know i'm impressed and I used to own a hobby distribution company! :yipee

You should take some photos of the actual thing when it comes in Terry. Their render looks quite good. The proof comes with seeing the real deal.

I have built up the mini-gun of theirs and the detail and molding is excellent.

Got two P-51 Stencils (which weren't in stock for the sale and I do hate paying list price):

Michael's Craft Stores had a 60% off coupon so I decided to get a larger (2'x3') cutting mat since I loathed to pay over $50 for the Olfa mat. At the store, I found the Fiskars for a few dollars less plus it was marked on both sides with high contrast patterns.

From $45.69 to $18.28... done deal!

Nice.

I was stoked to get my hands on this little kit. It's been a semi-elusive one to find that didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Haven't bought much in a while.

GWH T-33A to build as one of the ten leased from the USAF in 1952/53 until Canadair production of the Silver Star Mk. 3 spooled up. Rounding up the RCAF silver maple leaf and USAF number decals.

Roden 1/144 Britannia. Still need to order the decals to make a RAF version. Hopefully Roden will come out with the Canadair variants, CP107 Argus, CC106 Yukon and CL-44

Two boxes arrived today;
From Last Cavalry - mixing balls, paint and putty.

From Micro-Mark - My last mitre box was plastic and got really messed up, extra fine saw blades, some fine brass eyes and some really nice brass handles.

I had gotten a 5 piece set of pliers for jewelry making at the craft big box, but the workmanship was poor and the handles were way to small. This 7 pc set is finished nicely and fit my hand well, plus came with a little stand. I like em.
