Fiat CR.42 plus photo etch.

Hello everyone. Had a bit more fun today but the ratio is still pretty low. About 60 % masking, 10 % mixing
10 % cleaning. Here's what the last ten percent brought about.

If I were a fighter pilot I would think that made a very attractive target.

Hope you enjoy. Comments are welcome.

Very sharp paint job, Chris! :dude Those Italian colors look great, although I don't know why, but I sense that the little beast will not be

from the Regia Aeronautica...

Thanks for the kind words. I have yet to find an over all plan of the paint job I want to do so I think I'm gonna have to wing it !

Hi Guys, I guess this will be having fun par deux . After three days in the paint shop and much masking the little Fiat is starting to take shape. I need some time for the Future to dry so I'll use this time to post some progress pictures.

Still looks kind of rough and in need of touch up .

Tomorrow, I'll shoot the third color and try to tidy it up.
Meanwhile, I'll see if I can repair this broken wing strut to a point where it's presentable. I don't suppose anyone has spare Fiat parts laying around ?

Cheers, Christian B)

There's an old Fiat down the road here for parts, got four flat tires and no steering wheel :pp

I love the paint Christian. Looking amazing :notworthy
