The Brassin set was really nice, but if I ever do it again, I won't build up the cockpit as a "tub". I would glue the sides to the sidewalls of the 'fuse and go from there. It was a pain to get it all aligned correctly.

The problems I had can partly be attributed to me never having done a resin cockpit before so It was education by total immersion for me.

Oh, and the resin block the cockpit floor was attached to was damn near the size of an actual brick. It took me about an hour to cut it off and sand it down. It took a combination of a razor saw, taking a drill bit and turning it into Swiss cheese, and a cutting wheel. Then I sanded it with 60 grit.
