James, the tracks indeed look a lot better than the rubber band tracks and are realy easy to assemble, not much cleaning up to do.

The tracks I use in this build are the T-144 Double Pin Manganese Track, from AFV Club (AF 35156). Included in this kit are the individual link workable tracks of the early type, the B.T.S.3 heavy cast steel track and two rubber band tracks of the T-144 type.

After being away for work for 2 weeks I'll like to post some progress on my Churchill;

The finished hull with the tracks in place;

The Turret with the mortar in loading position;

By now she is primed and painted in the base color, pics comming soon

Yes it is Erik. And I got a Mk II and IV AVRE. Always wanted to build one.
