Hey Tony
Been following (mostly lurking)from the beginning and love what you have done with this model, and now a trailer. Very impressive my friend.

The ref pics are cool. I may have to rust up one of these tanks.

Those pics look like a Korean War modified M7 with the howitzer raised (and the MG pulpit raised with it for clearance) so they could get more elevation. Could you explain how you shortened the tracks cos I'm about to start this kit and I don't really want to shell out for a set of bronco tracks.......

Sure thing Iowa.

The top track is glued together after I trimmed it off. The splice is the area between the tails
of the uncut track below.

The cross hatched area is the part I cut off. The area farther back that is outlined is where the
tongue of the other end fits. You need to trim out the stair step for the tongue to lay in like the
original. When I glued the two ends together I use ProWeld and very little of it because it melts the DS
like hot butter. I also used a flat screw driver blade and sandwiched the track between it and the table top applying pressure while the glue setup, that kept it good and flat inside and out.

I didn't know for sure just how it should be done:idonno so that's the way I did it buddy.

Great looking M-7 Tony,

I love the trailer and cargo! I know I'm gonna sound stupid, but what brand are they? You mentioned AM and I can see the "Masters" on the box. I'd like to grab a couple for my dio! How expensive were they???

Yep that's a B2 from the Korean war. I don't think they added the third section to the pulpit till then. This gave the MG a full 360 degree field of fire Andy.

PM sent Bob.

I dont know Tony, the colour seems a bit off and the weathering is overstated. You might want to tell them fella's to correct that. And the cement pad seems a bit bleached. Otherwise not bad.
