That is simply sensational. I love it! As for a Jawa, get a rough spun dolls shirt; put it over a short dowel, cinch it with a rope/thread and then add some small doll shoes and a peaked hood made from similar material and have him lying face down under your storm trooper.

Most of the weapons in Star Wars seem to be based off real weapons. Han Solo's pistol is based off a Mauser Broomhandle pistol, the Jawas used a cutdown Enfield rifle on R2-D2, the stormtroopers also had a Lewis gun that was doctored up a bit too.
