years ago i built a Italeri Truimph despatch bike and i thought at the time this would make a good civilian model ...well 8 years as later i thought i would give it a go .

I just need a successful build and for me , motorcycles is the thing i know all about, its like back to basics :)
 
I cut the rear frame up last night to remove the luggage rack and frame for the paniers and added a couple of mudguard stays.

Its not an option to just leave these parts off as they are part of the frame
I am going with Tamiya TS-11 maroon which is a sort of period colour for pre war i think

Ahh yes that old wedding saying , something old ,something new, something borrowed .......and a fireman's Halligan bar.
Mmm. Quite so. Taylor and her Mom have had a long "fondness" for fire fighters. My original idea was a subscription to a nekkid Fireman calendar, but that seemed less than appropriate for her first wedding. :blinklol:

I was described as the "black sheep uncle", at a recent family get together so i know where you are coming from :)
