Adoba Dioramas is a fantastic source of information and ideas to build dioramas. Written and researched and shown in fantastic detail Laslo Adoba (sorry I didnt get the proper accents in) is a master at dioramas and shares that info I just saw that they are no longer going to publish books as the sales were too low and costs too high. Looking at the site I only see 3 titles but I know there were more and they were the first review I ever did. I highly recommend you nip over and buy the 3 books available. They cost me $68.00 Cdn and are very very good.
