'50 Chevy truck

hey guys. picked this kit up.

I plan on making it look like a fairly new truck maybe driven for a year by an old lady lol.
the truck will be a turquoise type blue color. only can't decide to do it all blue or maybe black fenders.

I painted the wood on the bed with oil over acrylic. added tiny amount of weathering on the underside.

I read that a lot of people have issues with the ride height of this kit.
I'm not sure what the problems are?. i built the chassis according to the instructions and the ride height is perfect.

Wow that looks great! You need to do thread on how you detail and paint your engines. They just look fantastic!
