Found a bargain at the Local dollar store yesterday. Got 4 pairs of tweezers, including a fine point locking pair, for $1.25 Canadian.
The tweezers are about 4.25" (11.5 cm)long.

BTW, a dollar store is also a great source for brushes for diorama terrain or dry brushing of models.
You can get good quality 2 ounces bottles of acrylic paint there too. The paints have fine pigmentation and are used by many to paint 15 mm to 30 mm figures. I use them becuase I figured if they can be used to paint fine details on a 15 mm figure face they'll be good enough for 1/35 scale (50 mm) figures too.
