2K clear coats

I have now some good positive ventilation and PPE in the hobby room and I have bought some Mr Paint 2K clear urethane. My quest is to find an adequate cleaner. I am not buying proprietary cleaner/reducer in the quart. I'm thinking if the stuff is available for much less cost I would be willing to go for it However, I am curious, is there something that will work adequately that I can get at the local department store?

Is that a lacquer? Could you use Hone Depot lacquer thinner (after is was strained)

I also use Lacquer thinner by the gal. Didn't notice I had to strain it Barney. What's up with that?
