1/72 Fiat CR.42 Falco - Vigna di Valle I - COMPLETED

Hi friends,

Just a quick note I am under a lot of stress - lots of 13 - 15 hours days at work.

In any case the progress so far. I am going to try something new in the camouflage so bare with me here. These are Vallejo Acrylics Giallo Mimetico 3 - Verde Mimetico 2 - Marrone Mimetico 2 and Grigio azzuro chiaro undersurfaces. Brush painted as usual.

Thanks for looking in.

Looking GREAT mate

Thanks a lot for your comments folks,

This is the result of my new "technique". Still not perfect but I think it shows a lot of potential, I can finally try to get that "smoky" airbrush effect on paint brushed models. This will be my life's quest I guess. But one step closer.

I am calling it done, here are the pictures without a VERY light weathering, the final pictures I have posted in the completed models link. https://modelersalliance.org/threads/mmm-2021-completed-models.155863/

Cheers and have all a happy Easter. I am off to a week vacation (just at home but still, I want to deconnect from it all).

Alex

Looks good Alex! Enjoy your time off!

I might suggest you check out Dakka Dakka forums. It is a site for builders of wargaming miniatures which are these days 28mm or about 1/72 scale. There are astounding builders there that paint only with brushes. You might learn some new tricks there.
