Well, here I am with my next project to do after these WW1 Armoured car projects.
I found a couple of profiles in a recent purchase - THE IRAN/IRAQ WARS (AK Profiles - Modern conflicts Vol.4)
I found these 2 images.

QUESTION :- So I think I know which one I like but are still on the fence somewhat, so I wanted to see which one you guys think I should build?

I like both, but the cammed version with ZPU-2 is appealing, although so is the sand coloured one with ZSU. Hmmm that leaves you with only one valid choice. Get a second BTR-50. Problem solved. If I remember correctly Meng makes both guns also.

You actually have three choices for the ZSU-23-2 and I reviewed all three!

I was thinking this myself as I already have both guns.

Currently working on the side guard damage and the tracks.

As you can see in the image below the guard on the right side is extremly damaged or completly ripped off down to the welds. I am in the middle of getting this effect on mine.

The left side is 'Up for grabs' so I will be doing whatever damage grabs my fancy. :hmm::devil:

By the way, @Brokeneagle, did you notice that this Iranian one (which was posted before) is exactly how you are imagining it? Bolted down to the deck facing forward with a gun lock that looks inspired by one from an M4 Sherman.

@Brokeneagle, it turns out that your subject was actually Iranian, captured by the Iraqis, and then by the Americans in Operation Desert Storm. Now I am rethinking that the photo I just posted which I thought was bolted directly to the roof with no traversing capability is incorrect as that severely impacts the usefulness of the gun. Personally, I believe BOTH roof hatches were removed and the mount created on the floor elevating it enough to have the gun work in traverse and elevation.

This makes sense when viewing the sunken gun crewman's seat. The rear facing roof doors may have been removed or open in this photo and one sees what appears to be the some framework, possibly for the gun.

Last, this photo, with a recoilless gun, is only to show that gun locks were used and, although not seen in the photo you chose, probably is there:
