1/16th scale sFH 18 Howitzer

@Sharkmouth Saúl is the only person I know that might have that kind of info.

I believe I do but am still fighting to recover a drive... 20.4 hours in and only 60% done. Plenty of bad sectors but I should be able to recover files and then, mount the bridge (that Dell forces me to use) so I can mount my drive that powers up the WSAN (to access older files and scans).

Oh crap Saúl! I am guessing it is an old platter type drive. I gave up on those when I built my 2016 machine and have not looked back. I have several large external SSD drives that I save all my important stuff to and only fire them up to access or add to the info on them. (wonderful USB 3.0) The thing about SSD drives is that if you just access the info it doesn't seem to affect it at all. From what I understand, it is the write, delete, rewrite, etc. that causes them to start failing over time.

I have a couple of ancient DEATH KNELL machines around here someplace that my brother gave me and I never have used them.

No hurry on any ammo info for the howitzer. Not sure which shells I will make masters of, but can "just" make out dimensions on most of them and then can do my drawing skills to get reasonable sizing. Biggest problem will be finding some 3/8 or 7/16 diameter acrylic rod to make the masters out of. Thing is they don't need to be super accurate, just really close which is possible with what I have. 15cm dia comes in at .369 diameter in 1/16th scale, so definitely NOT tiny by any stretch.

Good luck with the data recovery!

Actually the death knell is on an SSD which is still under warranty. The manufacturer wants me to send it back on my dime but I figured I would perform a byte-by-byte back up and try a recovery of the data. Almost thirty hours in and 14% at step two:

I have a mix of SSD and HDD, SSD for speed and HDD for file storage size.

In the meantime, @Heavens Eagle, do you know this site covering the cases?

Well @Heavens Eagle, I figured to grab the drive and connect it with a cable to retrieve more information:
