I have a set of the diamond hones that Saúl posted but use them for dealing with metal parts. The 1200 works really good for removing nibs on photo etch parts. It even works on the steel PE parts. Then I have a set of credit card sized diamond hone cards. 400, 600, and 1200 grit. As I have some carbide cutters and fine jewelers engraving tools I also have the big 3" x 8" diamond plates 600, 1200, 2200, and 3000 grit for sharpening gravers and lathe cutters. Sharpen then polish them and they cut almost without pressure.
Right now, I am building an extension to mount on my lathe so I can put the LONG barrel in the lathe and make it round.
Here is the layout drawing. I have one more part to design, and some of the parts are already partially made. Since it is a line drawing, I could make it huge and the file size is still within the site's limit. If you really want to see the parts, download it.
