I'm really getting into this Railroading Thing ... I'm a Al-Scaler ... But lately I've discovered On30
There is a old road bed that runs by My House ... It borders the West side of my Property ... It peaked my Curiosity some time ago ... So I asked my Brother which railroad was it ??? ... He replied the Southern Pacific RR ... Which it turned out to be, technically ... the road's name was the Texas & New Orleans or the T & NO RR ... Hard to find the models for this route ... So here is what I want to model, a tank Car ...
( still looking for original photo )
This is a undecorated Bachmann On30 Old tyme tank car ... that I disassembled to paint like a Texas midland Tank car ...
I painted the tank engine black ... the original photo shows it as a shiny black car ... fresh shopped
I weathered the deck of the car ....
Tried to make tank supports to look like wood ... more work needed on these
I think I added some weathering powders here can't tell this was late last night ...
C&C welcome ... I'll find that photo of original car soon ...
