Tamiya M51 finished.

Tamiya M51 Casting effects.

I used Mr Surfacer 1000. My first time using it. Thoughts?

Glad I used this stuff outside my truck. I may have ended up higher than a kite. :frantic

LOOKS GREAT! I did this once on an older Zvezda Su-100, & it really 'popped out' when I applied the paint!

I MAY have this model but with your greatness, does not look like I need to wait and learn

Tamiya M51 PE insanity.

Well, with this truck that I got into last week being waited to get worked on :bang head :facepalm , I did the PE for various parts. I tried to use the light guards from Legends. I just could not get them to stay in shape. :vmad So I used Tiger Model Designs resin ones.

As it was a snow day...............

The tow cable ends........ From the reference books I have, they showed a different style ends vs the US built ones. I used Tamiya 1/48 Panther ends modified.

The antenna mounts are odd on this. I have some PE hinges, but I do not know what to do with the standard mounting holes for them.

I used Ammo from MIG paint for the sand color. To me,I think it should be a bit more yellow. :idonno I know I have a lot of touching up to do on the road wheels. I am hoping to add the light brown wash tomorrow. I sprayed on semi gloss this morning.
