I had thought to do a review of this kit, but I lost all the text I had written about 6 months ago. So I will go ahead and finish as a build on this forum.

This is a 1/48 scale Supacat Jackal released by Airfix.

It has one main item that needs replacing.....the tires so I will replace them with new resin ones.

I will be also adding some PE details from BlackDog.

Then things picked up steam. I finished the lower hull and interior floor assembly and painting. This needed to done before moving foward.

Now we begin to build the cabin. It is also time to break out the detail stuff because a lot of it will be worked into the assembly as we go.

The first part of the interior is the drivers compartment back wall and roll bar.

Some detail items are added and painted as we go because things will be too confined to do it later.
