Yes, I would sand down the sprockets until they fit.

Went to work on one of the sprockets today. Sanded it down by 1/2 and applied the PE



Got the return rollers on one side done too

A little more work on this one. Still adding the part numbers just to help anyone else if they are crazy enough to build this!

I added a bit more PE to the top as well.
