Silent Witnesses

A long time ago I started the new Bronco M1114 kit, I build it, painted it and finished it, but I didn't like it, to monotonous and dull.
After a break I reorganized all my closets and found some books about the Americans in Iraq. Inside I saw different pictures from damaged and destroyed hummers. On Google I found many more pictures and after looking all those pictures, the project "Silent witnesses" was born....

This project has made a lot of progressing, although it's not ready but it's gives a good impression of what I wanted to achieve. I still need to do some work with oil paints and pigments, but that's for later, first some pictures.

Hi there, I mist the comments, but I'm happy with all your comments. Problems with photoos is that is doesn't show everything what a normal eye can see, but it's always better then nothing or a black-white pictures.

After the first post, I have finished this project. I have also removed the backdoor from the site where the frontdoor is already missing. Futher I made some burned chairs and put soms stuff inside that looks like clothes and bags where burned. Finally I did some exta work on the base. It's to dark to take pictures, but they will follow soon.

Re: Silent Witnesses Finished

Hi there,

After a long time this project is finished. I have done some extra things, removed the backdoor to have one site without doors, put an extra chair inside made from wire, put some others stuff inside to give the idea of burned clothes and bags.

The surrounding is made with plaster, acryls, some parts from Reality in Scale and a lot of stuff that was lying around in the spare box.

The pictures, hope you like them ...
