Thanks. It was built straight out of the box. There were some PE parts provided in the box though. I search for "Merkava" but haven't found the Hobby Boss kit, just a lot of detail-up parts from Legend.

[Merkava MkIII]

Ok so here is the dope on hobby boss and me.. Daniel the head of the sales dept and I have been trading e mails and pics for their Merkava kits. as from what i have understood from him is this. like the rest of their armor kits they will do the whole family including the NEMAR APC which might come out as two kits as there is the one based on the MkIII and the newer ones based on the MkIV merkava, (yes a noticable differance in them)
at the time the test shots were sent to me they had slated the release for August.... but as we can all see that it is now sept. and well they said that the top end of the turret would need to be redone.......


the pics they sent me were large format... and were posted by the VP of AMPS ISRAEL Matan on one of the armor web sites,,
I'll try to find the link to them and post it in the proper area,

So what else do you guys like ?
I've got a FRENCH WWII MCL-5 Halftrack and trailer.... aqnd shots from reviews I did for the amps website laying around......

I'd be utterly fantastic to see an *ACCURATE* Merkava III kit released in Styrene. Academy's Merkava III is a poor joke. After seeing the extremely poor fit of some of Legends resin Merkava II conversion sets (too narrow by 3 mm !) I'm not about to pay their price for a full kit. Any idea when a Merkava III will be out?
