Charles, Having looked this over, I can say this is pretty realistic. I did scrap metal recycling for quite awhile & seen alot of scrap trucksin far worse shape than this. Wish I had my camera then to show the various equipment used.

I finally got the tires into the container. 163 tires to be exact. Thanks to all my fellow modellers from around the world who donated most of the tires. 
I also added the twist locks to the underside at all four corners of the container to hold them in place. I made some few changes of the placement of the wheels and did some minor painting and slight weathering. I lso moved the tractor slightely forward away from the trailer to show more of the fifth wheel.

Added a net to cover the container to prevent tyres from falling off:

Was thinking about that but said to myself. Just look at the state of the entire haul! Would it make much difference? :yipee :laugh:

Having hauled junked cars to the scrap mill, we had to use nets to keep stuff from flying off. :drinks
