Its very tempting but i worry about the upgrade costs. One of the great things about 3D print is they can do it in any scale so firms like swordfish have a catalogue of parts like anchor winches and all the amourment and you simply choose what scale you wanted it printed. The problem is a rough tot up, it would be easy to spend £200 on 3D parts on top of the £150 you need if you can find a revell model like this on Ebay (not Matchbox)... I haven't ruled it out as it would be a great base for someone like me who likes to scratch and alter parts as this is a scale that lends it self to that
