MFH Matra MS11 FINISHED

Rear wing on, some electrical wiring added and tidyed , roll bar fitted.

Just some rivets to drill into the body and some wing mirrors to fit. Wheels will go on last as i dont like the idea of them, being quite heavy, hanging on the suspension while i am still picking this up. Fitting the nose cone will be an issue..... as it doesnt fit :)

So this is my Matrra MS11, a 1968 F1 car from Matra Simca.
Like all MFH models it threw up some challenges, but to be fair they really are quite ambitious and will test you and sometimes they will win.

My only real problem here was fitting the nose cone which quite frankly doesn't fit. With hindsight, I would have carried out some major surgery on the nose cone and possibly done a bit better, but even now, the solution to it fitting is not obvious.

Love it Paddy, to be honest isn't that the case with a lot of those type cars and their panels?
