Anyone notice the Balkenkreuz had the outside lines- very uncharacteristic of Late War craft or am I incorrect?

Yes the cross on the undersurface of the wing should have been the simple black outline type with the center unpainted. For reasons unknown a lot of the undersurface crosses on Me 262's had the full black and white motif being painted on them yet the upper surface crosses of the wings were being painted in the correct white outline style.
