If I can get my new cave organised then I'll do another RAF double build like last year. This time a pair of matching Harriers:

Hopefully they'll look a little like this when they're done :idonno

Cannot promise this year, but I'll give it a bl**dy good try.

Building them isn't the problem, completely transforming the (new) garage is the mountain I need to climb this year, so yep, you're both absolutely right !!

GR3 will be even faster, I built the old Esci AV-8A / GR1 kit in three sessions just before we came out to Middle Earth. The GR3 is the same kit apart from the nose !!!

Hay folks, so here's the GR3 after about 90mins on the bench:

Satin black basecoat, used this 'trick' before on contemporary aircraft, works well under a grey or multi grey camo finish.
