Found a permanent marker with the right diameter, and cut it to length for the stowage box.
Made the bands out of thin styrene-strips super-glued to the tube

Hinge almost done, found a nice piece in the spare box and modified it some B) and added the boltheads (cut of from the brackets that holds the tube)

Thanks for the nice comments it really helps me to finish this one (been a long project).
Today i added the power cable for the electric motors in the legs and also armor protection where it comes out of the "hip" B)

TICHY TRAIN ! They make Awesome Nuts & Bolts & washers in Styrene. Now even though it's for HO scale trains. Don't be fooled. They can work for what you are doing !! They offer different scales too - from N scale to O scale. You'll be able to find it & I think you'll see it reasonable priced !!

Just take round stock, sand off sides to either 4 side or 6, and then cut them to size.

Then again, you could get with these guys.

I've gotten several bags of their products, simulated bolt heads, real ones. threaded rod, screws, they even have little itty bitty nutdrivers for those itty bitty nuts.... :dance

Thanks Dave :) i will keep posting but now it's going to go slow, i have my father here on a week visit and then we all go to Sweden for a week, but after that everything is back to normal again :D

Started to make a ammo-basket that can be lifted up, and then loading the shells into the gun.
it will have a crane ontop of the gun with an electric hoist.
