Thanks for the nice comments guys :) it's nice to see it put together, not just as small pieces and it's looking proportinal, i was worried that the gun would dominate but the "chassi" is pretty big when assembled.

It was a good weekend, we had plans on going to Waterloo for the reenactment of the battle saturday, but the weather was not good so it was a building weekend :D
Here comes alot of pics of the progress so far, i managed to make the second leg :woohoo: now just need painting.
Also added some decals to the Cabin, as you see by the numberplate it belongs to the Luftwaffe :)

As you see the leg i'm working on is a replacement leg, not yet painted dunkelgelb by the crew, just the parts from the old leg has the yellow colour :geek

Thanks :) yes it's getting big! bigger than i imagined from the start but i have as goal to have it finnished by next weekend when we go to a show here in Belgium, not going to enter it in a competition but nice to show it there, it's been a long build!

As i will have this in the competition this weekend i figured that i needed some crew for it :)

it's a Aurora model in metal (just one piece so it was mostly painting, not much cleanup needed).

figurepainting is not my strong side, but i just managed to put lipstick on a very small mouth!
now fixing the eyebrows and eyes maybe some rouge........
Any good tips how to make a fine edge between the flesh and the black?
i was thinking a wash might work but not sure..
