Hi there friend's

A little poor kit, with a lot of injection marks:sick:, need a lot of sand-paper and putt.
Here some pictures:

The present stage of the building, I'm aply the gloss varnish and will apply the decals.
The figures I need to paint and then make a base to a future dio.
After the decals I should aply the Matt Varnish and make a weathering, fot that I'll need wait the ProModeller products that I bought....

Well that's it!
Any suggestions are more than welcome!

Cheers!(y)

ART,

Looks like a very good build. I just spotted one thing ... You could fill those ejector pin marks on the inside of the windshield.

Otherwise 'looks like off to a Great Start !!

Art, i've been doing the punched disk method of filling in holes like that. Punch out a piece of styrene about the size of the hole, glue it in, fill in with Mr Surfacer if needed and sand flush.

You're off to a great start.

Not bad at all after a decade off! By the way, you can always cover the punch marks with posters of pretty girls, just make sure you photograph and post the pretty girls!

Regards,

Bom dia, Arturius! I like what you have done with your kit so far! What else do you have planned for it? Please keep the pictures coming!! (y)

Looking good. If you want to add a little more eye candy to it you could get some fine wire and wire up the radio. Its a little thing that adds more visual appeal. This link might give you some idea how it should look. Radio
If you need some help just ask and I'm sure you'll be swamped with answers.
I like the looks of the jeep (y) (y)

I like it! reminds me of the jeep I drove in the 1980's. (y)
I may have to add one to my collection.

the paint in figures, make with brush :bang head sucks..
now I'll redo with airbrush. To compose a dio with the MUTT..

you could ask about the "hardtop" of the jeep, but I don't know why i cleaned it up :hmmm
it's my "guinea paint"

more up soon... :drinks

just a little consideration, it's the first time i use the products from Promodellers, and I think that is washy. I don't know if I dilute to much or to little..

what you think?
I intend to do a Dio in the vietnam, so I think the color is right to represent mud...
in Vietnam i suppose that is more mud, than sand, right?

well I like yours opinion,

Cheers :mpup

keep up, the shot continue...

In the background you can see another Huey that I'm building to a Campaing in other forum.
I've sad that I like Huey's??? :D (y)

Looking good Art, you got a good bit of mud around, should have some in the back also.
(y)

Way to stay at it! (y)

I thought I felt a disturbance in the Force, coming along nicely Arturius. Did you intend the misalignment of the drivers side wheel or did it move when you were photographing it? (y)

Hey Arturius,

Great to see that one so close to finished! Will you be bringing that Huey to the "Charlie don't Surf Redux" Campaign?

Regards,
