Went to our local hobby shop here in Gastonia (which is closing at the end of the month )

Picked up some good stuff for good prices ,

(1) 1/35 TASCA M4 Sherman VVSS suspension set B (late)

(2) Pks Tamiya German Stug III Brass projectiles

(2) Pks Eduard Zoom PE - KV-1 Engine Deck Screens

(1) 1/48 Eduard PE set for Tamiya IJN M6A1 Aichi SEIRAN

(1) Eduard Big Ed PE Set for Trumpert Swedish S-Tank
(2 sheets pe , i set of wheel masks & 1 turned aluminum barrle)

(1) Bottle of MIG Filter For german Panzer Grey

Hate to see the old shop go !!!

Ironside makes a resin & limited run plastic kit while Airmodell has a vacuum-formed conversion for the Italeri kit.

I now have a Westland wasp that need to be converted to a scout by removing the wheels and converting to runners, A soux, A alouette , A Wessex AEW a Seaking AEW2 another Seaking with flightpath conversion to a Commando HC4 and a Chinook with Aires Big ed set..

What i am looking for is the Revell Wessex (Royal flight) for conversion to military use and a Whirlwind that i think was known as a Chickasaw in the US in 1/48

There were H-19 variants was known as the Whirldwind... HAR21 & HAS22 that were produced by Sikorsky, others were licence made...

Revell did a Sikorsky S55 in 1/48... that's what i need to find over here i was the Westland Whirlwind.

Wow! Another person who builds small scale armor! I see at least four kits in there I want, if only the funds would permit. Pavel, you'll have to let me know how that Dragon Brummbar is.
