Here's their website. http://www.woodscornmill.com/Grits.html
Their recipe is very simple. You'd really do well adding butter to it, I also use half milk and water to make a creamy bowl of Grits.

Salt and pepper to taste, you can add sausage, ham, bacon...most anything including shrimp! :D

What are you using those grits for? Landscaping on dios? I abhor those things. lol- but I'm weird, i don't eat eggs either!
When my Dad had his old business selling industrial supplies to loggers and saw mills he would take an assorted case of grits up north and give them to customers, that was the mid 70's and they just didnt exist north of the Mason/Dixon line then. The guys loved him for that!

Saul- OT - Cooking grits, its like rice- be prepared to mess up a couple of pots at first but hang tough and you'll have it down to a science quickly. And remember they DON'T reheat! Bob's right, you can use them as a base for nearly anything. I just never liked them.

Well, I like grits and I like eggs! I am also one of the few to admit ordering and eating crickets:

Only the wife doesn't like it when I try to kiss her but an insect leg is lodged between my teeth!

Regards,

yeah...let's keep the crickets away from the grits.

And Chip, Saul's going to nail the first batch of grits right off the bat! Be sure to spray the pot with Pam for easy clean up and freeze the open bags to keep them longer.

Wow James, that Rumpler is beautiful. It might just become the second plane kit I own.

Hope you start working on it soon.

Tom

The Rumpler is Uber cool. Today I got some paint in the city and also a Trumpeter Grizzly. Got home and found my new Nuts and Bolts book on the Maultiers. Very cool.
James

also a Trumpeter Grizzly.

:eek:hmy: :blink

There is a Photobucket account to show you and a lot of little things to look at on that kit. I received some expert help from a former Grizzly commander on corrections needed for a review I was about to publish and then pack up the model.
