Took a quick shot before leaving for work

I think some will know how this will go :shark:

Cool. I have one in a shopping basket while I decide. My thoughts exactly on its use although I have a Strella that it might be pulling. Looking forward to seeing the build and hearing your opinion on the kit.

Excellent score. I would love to have one in 1/72 scale..

Speaking of 1/72 scale, here are a few things I got; most are birthday presents from friends.

Before I get to those, here is the last Christmas present I finally got.... just in time for my birthday three months later!

These are the Scale Model Scenery HO scale church pews:

Here is what they look like inside the package:

And now on to the birthday presents...

From my friend Albert I got this Roden Sd Kfz 234/4 Pakwagen:

Followed by:

Airfix 1/72 scale Sherman Firefly that he gave me also:

My other friend Humberto gave me this Dragon LCM and Sherman 2in1 kit:

And that is all I got. I don't expect to get anything more the rest of the year unless someone just gives me something; or I win a raffle with whatever tickets I might be able to buy at a show. I always try to buy at least one raffle ticket to support any club that puts on a show.

Thanks everyone! Now on to the manufacturing plant......

I have picked up a few things over the last several weeks, time to show what I picked up.

I would have loved to have been able to get a good 1/32 of the B-26k, but there isn't any kits of this aircraft and the Trumpy kits are horribly incorrect. I think the last time I did anything with a SEA scheme was back in 1968 on a 1/72 F-4 while I was on vacation up in WA state while visiting my grandparents.

The Bugatti has always intrigued me ever since I saw an article on it. Then Scotty Wilson built an authorized replica and flew it several times before having a fatal crash.

From WWScenics, The Ex Wife, er, The D-Baller.

This laser cut tool makes short work of those pesky balls of static grass. Just pour in some static grass and shake the D-Baller side to side over a container. Some assembly required, less than $8 USD.

Okay, I gotta ask. Why doesn't the drywall end on a stud and why didn't you stagger the joints? Inquiring minds, you know...

I took home a six pack of awards. Which can be seen in a couple of the pictures.
I am going to have to build a new CHINA cabinet to hold them.
I also received a special award for my helicopters, which should help improve my skills.

I was a great day seeing old friends and making new ones.
