Was in Edmonton for a couple of days to bundle the better half onto a big white bird to the land of Bubble & Squeak and Spotted Dick. On the way home I had to stop at a couple of hobby shops.

An assortment of paints.

I also had to pick-up some supplies for house projects for the cats and I to work on for the next two weeks. (Not nearly as interesting)

For those requiring sub-titles, she's in the UK visiting her parents.

Bubble & Squeak - potatoes and other vegetables leftover from Sunday dinner, mixed together and pan-fried until browned.

Spotted Dick - a steamed sponge pudding that contains dried fruit, often currants or raisins (the spots).

Cheers,
Rich

Last but not least, Meng's 1/35 Leopard 1A3/A4 with Voyager PE Set with Metal Gun Barrel, a package deal that was cheaper than the base Leo kit.

Dang, Mark. Are you going to start playing with air driven tools? You could run a small factory with that thing!!!!

Actually, if you take a look at my Works-in-Progress Threads, you'll see that I'm already running a 'small factory'! Hence the name: Maddog Manufacturing! :D (y)

Yeah, the only air driven tools on that is my three airbrushes. Now to find the fine tip I have for the one so I can have two medium and one fine-tipped airbrushes.

Nice scores guys. I just went out and picked up some small-tipped brushes for detail work. Now that I have all these new toys, time to put them to work and get something finished!

That's a cool haul, Saul! I imagine eBay China must be somewhat of a challenge- would you be so kind as to elaborate? :popcorn

When I state eBay China, I mean the eBay shops from Asia. On the left side of the web page, during a search, I check off Worldwide to Item Location. My favorite being Yorkie's Hobbies but they don't carry the PE. These usually come from model_space.

Some of the Chinese and Hong Kong based traders are simply superb. I use 'lacorunone' 'kingman_model' and 'dawngrocerystore' regularly. The Tamiya F4U kit that I have on the bench just now came from 'lacorunone' and cost less than $15.00 USD without the postage.

Have a good look around there's bargains to be had :good:
