German Infantry, DAK, North Africa Kit 3- WW-II era in 1/35th Scale, Kit # MB3593
By Shawn W. Gehling
This is another set based on German Infantry soldiers which can be matched up with the German/British fighting hand to hand (MB3592) and the British Infantry soldiers (MB3580) in North Africa. It is titled “Zum Sturm! Vorwarts” translated it means “To Storm Forward”.
The Kit:
Contains 1 sprue with 82 pieces that have no flash.
It has five German Infantry figures, one Officer with Pistol, one NCO with a Sub Machine gun and three enlisted with KAR-98 rifles.
The weapons, uniforms and equipment look accurate.
Conclusion: Once again Master Box has released another very cool set of figures that can be displayed alone, or paired with one or both other kits to make a larger diorama just like their Soviet/German and USMC/Japanese Marine sets, which will have many possibilities for an endless list of future diorama's.
The uniforms and equipment are covered in numerous books, so information on these should not be too hard to find.
Overall this should build into an outstanding replica and is highly recommended for anyone who enjoys figures. I would like to thank Alexander Surzhenko of Master Box Models for the review kit
