This model was built using some of the fantastic conversion kit from Real Models and the M 923 Big foot model for the chassis and cargo bed. Milo from Real Models has come a long way in perfecting his conversions and I highly recommend them. Their are still some of the items on board that I scratched. All the armor is PE that is supplied with the conversion kit. I built this truck for the actual Driver of the truck.depicted him in the driver seat of the model.

You're really into guntrucks! Nice build. But I think your pictures are under-lighted. Next time try taking your pictures outdoor during daytime under the shades. Pictures will be much clearer and sharper!

Thanks Erik. I try to make all my models as close to the originals as I can. I have been lucky to have served with a lot of the crews of these trucks so I have info of what the crews carried in them.

How long was that Truck in service ?

When your Buddies Tour was over did they Pull the Truck or did they continue to use it with another Driver ?

Did He have any input on the Design of the Truck or was he simply assigned to Drive it ??

Animal,
Like all of your gun trucks, this one is awesome with great details that you don't normally find elsewhere. I think it is great that you have built many of your models for guys that you have served with or in their honor like the dioramas you built of the Medal of Honor actions.
I noticed that the box of c-rations in the front seat is opened and the individual meal boxes can be seen. Where did you get those? I've been looking for something like that for years.
