Classic Airframes...love their subjects but haven't been able to build one yet.

I agree with the first part wholeheartedly but the second part mostly. Their He-112 fighter series sticks out in my mind as a wonderful experience.

I guess it depends who cut the molds and injected the plastic for them. Special Hobby does some and another company does the rest. One makes the molds shiny the other not. I prefer the kits without the shine as they seem to be the better cut molds. Obviously, this is not one of them!
