i'm afraid that you intrigued me with the pig tank - remembers me when i played "hogs of war"* on my computer (man, do i miss that game! :( )

could you tell me the manufacturer (akuyaku?) and the retail price of that kit?

the model is Akuyaku made by Tasca I got mine from Modellbau König but you most probably will find them only at the Japan stores like HobbyLink Japan - it's about 50,- euro these days.

i.e. http://www.hlj.com/product/TACTG-2 (but its out of stock there)

and, Laura, you have to join in here! :)

i had a look and they offer the kit for 70,-€! :blink even with my discount, it's still 67,5,-€ :S

i will think about it and ask hermann if he could order that kit for me ...
