I might have decals for this one if you're interested (I don't think I have a kit anymore):

Regards,

When Ford Motor Company was kicked out of Russia they took over the plant and that's where most of their vics were manufactured. :eek:hmy:
This one appears to be made from 1933 or 1934 parts.

Maybe I should show the BA-6 I'm playing with.
Interesting to know Tony. How can you tell the year? Is there something special that points to it? If I look up Ford vehicles from that time would I get better pics of the engine do you think?

The bumper and fenders plus the axles and wheels. I bet it sits on a Ford truck frame too.

PS: I bet it has the old flat head engine as well

That looks so archaic even for '41.

What would you call this? Photo taken in 1942:

This is the GAZ M-1 engine:

The above is inside the GAZ M-1 staff car. The red is reflections for a red background and not the engine or engine bay color.

Regards,

Okay engine is ready for painting and extra work. Out of 7 pics only 1 looks good so it will have to do for now. More to come. Have day off today so hoping to get rid of mfg mark and other marks in body before starting to work on the insides.

Looking at the pics Saul presented I have a quandary now. The engine should have 4 plugs but only has 2 and they are in the wrong place. Some other details also. Do I keep on a roll and button up the engine bay or try and detail this and maybe (probably) lose interest.
