Sorry i called in at Goodwood airfield today but i only had my phone with me.



An unusual spitfire in PR colours but 2 seat MkIX never seen a 2 seat in blue.
A giant Airfix Spitfire, looks like the guy had trouble with the roundels.
and way off in the distance a Havard/T6 making a lot of noise.

I can't knock these folks who restore the old warbirds and then paint them up incorrectly. Invasion stripes on the nose? I do want to build another Piper with bazookas, think I can do a better job these days. My first one didn't make the move.

Oh, shadow got me. Don't think i've ever seen or read about that on the Pipers, could be indemnification or just flexing a restored aircraft.
