The process of decaling has begun. Gary S.

The Revell kit decals were applied with no problem. The Hasagawa decals for the Tony is a different story. Had to wait a long time for them to unstuck from the paper and the red disco for the wings broke before separating. Luckily I have others in my stash. Also added the exhaust to the Zero. Gary S.

The engine and prop are installed on the Zero.
On the Tony, decals were not provided for the yellow wing markings so I'm piecing together strips from leftover one from the Nate kit. Just to make it harder, the gear doors don't fit the wheel wells.Don't know why on a closed only canopy model that it's gear down only.
As you can see there's decal glue that needs removing. Easier said than done.
The exhaust stacks are installed too. The opening on the rt. side was a little too small and trimming was required. These fit problems are not your typical Hasagawa kit. Gary S.😣
