Here,s Dragons 251 I have been working on since I only recently got glasses.Now I can see properly and dont get headache's from straining eyes any more it,s time to get building and painting again.

So nice!! Is this one finished as is or still in the works? It looks fantastic, I am just wondering about dirt etc. on the roadwheels?
 
Thanks Iain. This one is a work in progress. The last of the white scraches and mapping went on last night and a couple of washes. Pigments start tonight.

Here we have the 251 with some weathering. It's supposed to look like it has been driving in lots of muddy water and it has splashed everywhere.

You mean it was not ? Looks very convincing to me. Nice work. Is the canvas hard plastic or another material ?

Not bad Adam, that's a tricky thing to accomplish, I think it's missing just something, not sure what. Seems like there should be some blending between the mud color and the base color. Maybe some more that looks like it's thinner, drying out..that sort of thing. Great effort, hope I do as well when I give it a shot.

Christian the canvas is the resin tarp from Mig Productions.
MoonPuppy I know what you mean. The washes that I added where light maybe they needed to be dark. Also I have not given it a dust all over with the lightest pigment that I have. I might give that a try. Maybe someone else might have a suggestion.

Maybe that will blend it all in, I think you have something there.

I should have shown a bit more control and just weathered the running gear ,and given it a light dusting.

Try as I may, I just can't see what else is lacking on your 251.

Maybe I'm beeing blunt, or maybe it's a language barrier thing, but when I look at your model it just seems perfect.

A white wash was a white paint that was put on to vehicles for camoflage in snow fall area,s.
