This is by far one of the coolest things I've seen lately . What plans do you have for the dock/mooring area or will this be an " at sea " base ? However you present her the fact that it's scratch built is just still too cool !!!

QuaySide is made from thin resin slabs with brick pattern
glued on to blue xps foam board .
wooden mooring poles are also cast from resin .
(all made from homemade moulds)

Painted individual bricks by adding only yellow,red and black to the base color ,all will be toned down after weathering.
the light grey is the base color for the concete road and granit steps.

Yes definitely !
these are still the base colors.... nothing done to it yet(weathering) ,stil to do ...Mortar and a dark flood-line.

Toned down the individual brick colors , sprayed the concrete covered road several shades of gray……
all sealed with a semi gloss varnish ,ready for the washes .
