Not quite ready to return to the Luftwaffe just yet but trust me...the next kit is a monster. A very kind modeler at another site sent me the kit for free and the least I could do is put it on my 'next to do' list, my planned aircraft builds are on hold for a little while.

The kit did not come with any license plate numbers for the Luftwaffe so I changed the plate number by carefully hand painted the WL in.
This model might be seen in some of my airfield pics in the future and wanted the license plate number to be from the Luftwaffe.

The license plate number started with WH, all I did was change the H into an L, years ago I might have been able to hand paint the entire lettering on those plates but those days are long past...my hands are not that steady anymore. :laugh:
Just a few minutes ago I finished adding the last of the weathering on the Opel with both the paint brush and the airbrush, I only have two things left to do on it and that is putting the wheels on and giving it a flat clear coat, expect pictures of the finished model in a day or two.
The past three weeks it has been somewhat wet here with a lot of rain coming down but it looks like it will be clear for a few days which will make it easy to get my pictures of the finished model. B)
