Latest Acquisitions Revisited!

Waiting on a trip to Hobby Lobby for the booger-stick. They still have the best price.

I have (someplace) a packet of green plastic "booger sticks" but as usual "someplace" could mean I will find them tomorrow or in 6 months. Never really found a good use for them as they are sticky and I am so used to using tweezers that they don't work for me. Thus I am not too worried about where they are.

I think I came across those sticky boogers but didn't like them. These (since it is has stickiness on both ends) is a very light tack from what seems to be a silicone product. Just enough to pick up small parts but weak enough to release when challenged by another adhesive.

reading how to use them on beading channels, my only change is rinsing them in a sink with running water as I won't be using it for glitter or tiny beads. I would lightly wash in a cup of water which I can drain through a sieve in case tiny PE parts came loose. testing it now, took photos as mentioned but want to show the tips.

I did get these though ..........more Ukraine V Russia stuff.

Some photos... working better than I thought and will try to use in conjunction with the sticky mat. More photos will follow, if there is any interest:
