Some of my older builds

Here are a few of my past builds, most of them I've done in the past couple of years. The first is a '29 Ford P/U, done as a 50's style hot rod with a flathead V8. It has a real wood bed, inspired by Iron Mike of course.

Very cool builds Kevin!

Of course the "A" Roadster Pickup steals my heart, but I like the 32 Sedan and that 39 Chevy is sharp. Nice to see some dirt track cars too!

What color did you use on the Fait wheels?

I would like to see more pictures of each one of these builds.

Man, it's great to see what's coming out of the Colby Avenue Garage! What's on the bench?? (y)

Hey, Thanks guys. I appreciate the kind words.
Sherman, for the Fiat wheels I used Tamiya acrylics, some silver mixed with gunmetal gray.
Lots of stuff started on the bench Mike, just need the push to get working on them. Kind of like a 34 Ford sitting somewhere in NC. ;)

Hey Kevin, there's some really cool stuff here. Nice work!

I'd hate to pick a favorite but I wouldn't mind taking that Nova out for a bit of fun.

Maybe I should box it up and let you finish it!! :D It hasn't moved in months!

I bet Kevin would enjoy my Dad's Nascar pictures. What is that Ford, Cougar?

Look closely at the names on some of those cars!

Thanks guys!
Those photos are fantastic MP. The beach at Daytona, and the convertible class no less. Those are some classics, and some hall of famers driving too. Thanks for sharing the link.
The Ford is a 69 Torino.

Kevin

There were hard tops and convertibles running in that race, maybe drivers had multiple rides, don't know. There's some from Daytona 58 and Darlington also. Just cruise around the site, you'll find them.

Great link to some classic photos! Nascar was so much cooler back then.

Here is the other link to Darlington, Daytona in '58 and some other stuff. Just a note, Dad developed these negatives and slides himself. They held up nicely considering.

Welsome Kevin, Won't hold it against you that you know Iron Mike, well maybe just a little:D :D

Really nice builds, I have got to try a car or truck as soon as I find my bench again.
